Can I proof my design before it's sent to me?
Yes. We will send you a proof of your design within 48 hours. Once you approve, we will print and mail your order.

How long until I get the finished product?
It depends on how quickly you respond to your proof. We will send you a proof of your design within 48 hours. Once approved, we'll begin the printing and mailing process. Normal mail delivery will take 2 - 4 business days. If you need it faster, please contact us at info@krisandkatedesigns.com before you place your order.

What if I want to have my own design created?
Simply contact us at info@krisandkatedesigns.com and let us know what you're looking for. We can do custom designs for an additional 10% of the cost of your order.

How do I special order?
See a design you want, but there's just one change you'd like to see? Simply place your order, then include the change on the "special instructions" box when you check out. Or you can always contact us at info@krisandkatedesigns.com

What types of payment do you accept?
Solution Graphics
No cash or checks.

What if I don't have a PayPal account, can I still place an order?
Yes. We use PayPal as a convenience but you are not required to have a PayPal account to place an order. Just use your credit card.

My child's birthday is this weekend and I procrastinated, how can I get a quicker turn-around?
